How to Book

If you are already in Florence and would like to book your itinerary at our office in person, we will welcome you Mon-Fri 10 am - 6 pm.

If you are booking on line, please provide us with the details of your preferred schedule by filling in the Booking form.

Having checked the availability and the exact price of your itinerary we will confirm it to you by email within the next 3 business days. We will then forward you a Credit Card Authorization Letter, which you need to fill in and fax us within 48 hours in order to secure your tour.

In case you book the itinerary on line more than 2 months ahead, we will only charge your credit card 1 month before the beginning of the tour.

We kindly ask that you make your reservation at least 1 month before the beginning of the first service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation more than 1 month before the service: no cancellation fees
• Cancellation 30 days to 15 days before the service: 20% cancellation fees
• Cancellation 14 days to 7 days before the service: 40% cancellation fees
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the service and no-shows: fully charged

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information and credit card data will be used exclusively for the purpose of booking and purchasing of our services; they will be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third party.
