It serves to make the best use of the forest and farmlands that are owned by the Dioceses of Arezzo,Cortona and Sansepolcro.
Since its inception, A.A.D.R. has specialized in the replanting and renewal of the vineyards and olive grooves,with particular emphasis saving the ancient vineplants. At the heart of its enterprise are the vineyards and olive groves between the Cities of Castelnuovo Berardenga and Gaiole in Chianti, the famous “ Chianti Classico Black Rooster “ area . A.A.D.R. produces its own Chianti Classico wine and Extra Virgin Olive oil, using the old traditional methods handed down in the area, from wise of forefathers.They have invested more attention and resources for the development of their products:Chianti Classico,Extra-virgin olive oil, and other typical products like Vinsanto of Chianti and honey. At the same time, they began the restoration of the old farmer house, situated in the little hamlet of SAN REGOLO,at the foot of the historicCASTLE of BROLIO, in Gaiole in Chianti
